Howdy, ‘Fetti Fans!
It’s Thursday and time for another great CONFETTI CAMERA!
A little bit about Confetti Camera…
In this weekly (Thursday) segment, one of the Confetti Crew designers will have the camera on both themselves, as a designer, and on their Reverse Confetti creations.
For this round each of our designers are working on Celebrations! However, there is a little something different…I have challenged them to forego birthdays and to “think outside the card.” I think you are going to LOVE what you see!
A couple of things to note:
1) This segment will not “air” if there is a different post scheduled for that day, such as Sketch for You to Try on the 1st of each month or on a hop or sneak peek day.
2) Each designer will follow the same theme until we have featured every Confetti Crew Design Team Member (then it’s a new round with new questions/theme). To see previous Confetti Camera post, simply click on “Confetti Camera” under the categories link on our sidebar.

In the spotlight today is the sweet and talented, Amy Sheffer…
Hi ‘Fetti Fans, it’s Amy Sheffer here with this week’s Confetti Camera. Our theme this round is Celebrations. But Jen added a twist — we have to celebrate something other than birthdays. I decided to go a little off the beaten path and have put together some quick gifts and a treat to celebrate Earth Day.
I’ve been crushing on the Globe Confetti Cuts die set every since it was released last July. With the March release of Whole Lotta Happy, I realized I had just what I needed to customize an Earth Day sentiment. There are multiple ways to patch together the word “earth” from the Whole Lotta Happy sentiments. I used “EAR” from “new year” and “TH” from “4th of July.” Lots of sentiments include the word “day,” so that part was easy. I stamped the letters onto a wavy banner from the Flowers for Mom Confetti Cuts. The die-cut letters for the word “Happy” came from the Happy Pretty Panels Confetti Cuts, and are carefully adhered using liquid glue. The tags, die-cut with the Thanks Tag, are all the same design. I just mixed up the colors.
I found the garden-in-a-can at Home Depot (they had sage, dill, and basil, too) and simply tied on some wide twill and a tag. So simple, but what a unique gift!
The next gift is a brown bag filled with a Sweet Pea seed packet and topped with a garden stake and a tag.
Last is some granola packaged up in a peat pot and finished off with a tag.
Thanks so much for joining me today! Make every day a celebration!
