Howdy, ‘Fetti Fans and Happy Saturday!

I hope you all have some wonderful weekend plans.  If those plans include stamping, but sure to join our SKETCH FOR YOU TO TRY!  You have a chance to win a $20 gift certificate and have your card featured on our blog, social media sites and newsletter!

Here’s the sketch…

Before I get to all the wonderful inspiration that the Confetti Crew came up with using this sketch, let’s go over the details…

There will be a new sketch posted on the Reverse Confetti blog on the 1st of each month.

The sketch link list will be open from the 1st until noon CST on the 29th. The SFYTT button is posted on the sidebar.  Click on it to be taken to the current SFYTT post and link list.

Reverse Confetti stamps and/or Confetti Cuts are required to win.  This is a way we get to thank our customers for using our stamps.  Anyone is welcome to play, though!

You may enter as many times as you wish.

There will be a winner each month and that person will receive a $20 gift certificate to the Reverse Confetti store and claim the title of ‘Fetti Fave. The winner of SFYTT will be posted on the Reverse Confetti blog at the end of the month.

Howdy, ‘Fetti Fans and Happy Thursday!

We have another great Confetti Camera for you today.

In this weekly (usually Thursday) segment, one of the Confetti Crew designers will have the camera on both themselves, as a designer, and on their Reverse Confetti creations.
For this round each of our designers are showcasing our ink and cardstock in their favorite color palette.  This is a fun way to see what you can do with your Confetti Colors!
A couple of things to note:
1) This segment will not “air” if there is a different post scheduled for that day, such as Sketch for You to Try on the 1st of each month or on a hop or sneak peek day.
2) Each designer will follow the same theme until we have featured every Confetti Crew Design Team Member (then it’s a new round with new questions/theme). To see previous Confetti Camera post, simply click on “Confetti Camera” under the categories link on our sidebar.
In the spotlight today is the talented, AMY KOLLING…

Hello Fetti’ Fans! Amy Kolling here for my take on the Color Me Mine challenge for Confetti Camera! I knew I wanted to do blue/aqua florals and add in some of Reverse Confetti pattern paper. My colors were Baby Blue, Navy Blue, Seafoam, RC Aqua, and Sand.
Using the Blooms ‘n Buds stamp set and coordinating Blooms ‘n Buds Confetti cuts, I stamped lots of flowers in different combinations using my color palette above and die cut. I stamped so many that it was hard to choose which ones to use but that means I have more for a card later!
After I arranged my blooms how I wanted them, I used Press ‘n Seal to pick up my arrangement for easy placement later. To a top folding card, I added the striped paper from Warm Heart 6×6 paper pad along with a foam backed, white die cut panel done with the Edgers Confetti Cuts. Picking up my Press ‘n Seal arrangment, I added Tombow Multi Mono Liquid Glue to my blooms and added my whole arrangement to my card. I added a simple Navy Blue die cut Hello Confetti Cuts as my sentiment and a few clear sparkling confetti to finish!

Hi there, Amy S. here today. So happy to be joining you for Wednesday in the Works! I’m enamored with the adorable monsters in the new Monsterous stamp set, and have had such fun coloring them in different ways! For today’s card, I went with two-tone, Copic-colored monsters. It always seems a little tricky mixing two different colors, as opposed to two shades of the same color. Gotta be careful not to get some weird brownish mess in the middle, right? I’ve found that I get the best results when I faded each color out to its very lightest hues, and do the blending between colors in that very lightest area of color. Don’t forget, you can also touch your Copics tip-to-tip for blending assistance! I gave my monsters spots in darker shades of the same two colors, and then coated their eyes with glossy accents. They are just soooo stinkin’ cute!

I’ve been on a circle kick with my designs lately, and this one is no exception. Each monster is popped up on a white circle (both cut from Premier Polar White card stock using dies from the Detailed Circles Confetti Cuts set. The sentiment tag is cut with one of the Tag Duo Confetti Cuts dies, then stamped with a Haunt It sentiment and white embossed. For some added color, I added some horizontal strips of patterned paper. The purple and green are from Fright Night, and the yellow is from the new Every Little Bit paper collection. That awesome stitched grassy hill border is part of the Nuts About You Confetti Cuts set, and I am nuts about it!

That’s it for me this week! So glad you stopped by!

Howdy, ‘Fetti Fans!

This fabulous release containing Halloween, Fall and Christmas sets plus new packaging and a 6×6 paper pad is NOW AVAILABLE!

. . . .

Here’s a recap of all the new products in the store…

. . . . .

. . . . .

I’m pleased to share with you a quick project that I was able to create using a variety of new release items.  It’s so much fun to play when it all works so well together!

I started with one of the BITTY WINDOW BAGS and filled it with candy corn.  From there, I added a watercolored monster from the new MONSTEROUS set.

The sentiment is from the new HAUNT IT stamp set and is stamped on a tag from the new TAG DUO Confetti Cuts die set.

I embellished the top folding a piece of patterned paper from the new EVERY LITTLE BIT 6×6 Paper Pad and adding TWINE.  This was such an easy way to dress up this cute lil’ bag.

. . . . .

The Confetti Crew has so much more inspiration to share with you today!  Stop on by each of their blogs to see what they have created!
