It’s been a very busy and fun week here in the Reverse Confetti offices. We are planning a lot of fun stuff and getting ready for our future releases. The next one isn’t until July, but there’s lots of prep work already underway.
Have you played along with the May SKETCH FOR YOU TO TRY? It will be open for just a few more days and we sure hope that you play along…for a chance to win!
Hi there, Amy S. with this week’s Wednesday in the Works project and video.
In today’s video, I am sharing how to make a cute Tic Tac (or other treat)
wrap using the Round Top Tag Confetti Cuts die set.
To make the wrap, I started with a piece of Stonecardstock measuring 9
3/4″ x 2″. I scored at 1 1/2″, 4 1/2″ 5 1/4″ and 8 1/4″. Next, I die-cut
the handles on both ends, first rounding the ends by partially cutting just
the top half of the Round Top Tag Confetti Cuts die, and then die-cutting the handle using the semi-circle die that’s also in that set.
After creating the wrap, I decorated it using the Take Flight and Miso
Happy stamps and dies and a tiny bit of patterned paper from the Pattern Play paper 6×6 paper pad.
Hi ‘Fetti Fans, it’s Amy S. here with a *Wednesday in the Works* project
and video for you.
I’m loving the new Hello & Thanks Label Confetti Cuts die set that
Reverse Confetti just released last week! While experimenting with this die
for my release projects, I tried cutting multiple labels out of a single
card panel, then inlaying the label pieces in various bold colors of card
This is what I ended up with. I used a different color card stock for each
label inlay to get that nice color-blocked effect.
The three hello’s were done with the hello die in the Hello & Thanks Label set.
I added some hearts, sequins, and tiny wood veneer hearts as
embellishments. The large heart comes from the XOXO HeartsConfetti Cuts set,
and the small heart is from the Circle Wishes Confetti Cuts set.
