Hey there! Tricia here with you today to share this card I made using some of the July release products. I created this card using the Background Builder stamp, Snail Mail and This Says It All stamp set.
I started by stamping my background with the Background Builder Stamp set using Reverse Confetti Inks in: Rose, Piggy Bank, Coral and Flamingo. I alternated the inks using the long plaid stamp. My MISTI came in real handy. I shifted my card stock up a little less than 2 squares on the MISTI pad to stamp the next line. I trimmed the panel down to 4 inches by 5 1/4 inches.
I stamped 4 of the large envelope stamp from the Snail Mail stamp set and colored the stamped area with my Copic inks. I added a little clear glitter to the hearts. I used the Snail Mail Confetti Cuts to die cut each of them out.
I stamped a sentiment from This Says It All stamp set onto a 1 1/4 inch by 5 1/4 inch piece of white cardstock. I added a thin strip of black cardstock to the right hand side. I then popped this piece up on the stamped panel with foam tape. I then added the 4 stamped images with foam tape. It was really easy to place them since I used the plaid grid lines to place them on the card.
I then added this to a regular A2 white card base. I loved the look of the inks on the background, it looks like it is distressed. I also love the bright pinks and reds against the black and white. I hope that I have given you a little inspiration.
I hope you have a crafty day!
Super cute! Love how you inked up the Background Builder set!
