Hello ‘Fetti Fans and Happy Friday!
Usually on Friday we take a peek back at what the Confetti Crew has been up to this week in the WEEK IN REVERSE.
However, today is the 8th and we ALWAYS hop on the 8th…remember: Eight is Great, so we have a bunch of new projects to share with you! On today’s hop you are going to see fun ways to use your Reverse Confetti stamps and dies and many of us will be highlighting how to create your own background paper.
The entire hop order is listed later in this post in case of any breaks.
Don’t forget to leave a comment at each stop along the way for a chance to win a $15 gift certificate to the Reverse Confetti store. Comments close Monday at 5pm CST and the winner will be announced on the TIME FOR A CARD TUESDAY post next week. Good luck and happy hopping!

As I mentioned above, you will see many of the Confetti Crew and ‘Fetti Friends creating their own pattern paper using Reverse Confetti Stamps on our blog hop today. The reason why I chose this “theme” is because it’s something that I really loved doing when I first got into stamping “a few” ago and I love connecting with those “roots” from time to time. That’s also one of the reasons that we have background building sets. Don’t get me wrong, I love (printed) pattern paper, but I also love being able to create my own.
For my project today, I stamped the large dots from WHOLE LOTTA DOTS on kraft paper with white pigment ink. I then cut out 3 hearts using the large heart from the LOVE NOTE Confetti Cuts die set from this “pattern paper.”
I added these 3 hearts to my white on white panels stamped with the “thanks so much” sentiment from LOTS TO SAY. While I think that kraft, black and white are great colors together, this card needed a little pop of color! I added the small aqua heart (LOVE NOTE Confetti Cuts) and 3 different color enamel dots. I love how this card is clean and simple, yet has just the perfect pop of color!

Alright, I won’t keep you here any longer as there is so much more creativity to see today on our hop!
