Hello, Lisa Henke here playing along with the Stock Your Stash challenge for August. I was happy to pull out the Best Sentiments to start this card off. I stamped it in the center with Midnight ink. I then thought some Platinum embossed leaves were a great way to give this card an elegant feel.
I used the leaves from Stained Glass Butterflies along the bottom edge of the card. You can see the shimmer in this next photo.
I then stamped and cut out one of the butterflies from the same set, Stained Glass Butterflies. I pulled out a handful of blue copic markers, trying to give it a more authentic stained glass look. I love the idea of this card layout and being able to change up the butterfly colors to match any wedding colors. How fun!
Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day!

Hello 'Fetti Fans, it's Amy T here with a card that was inspired by this month's Stock Your Stash - Wedding theme.
My overall color palette is Flamingo, Avocado and Stone.
My base is Stone with the Notes & Frames confetti cuts.  I stamped on an Avocado panel with the Mod Floral Stack in the same ink, Avocado.  I trimmed that panel down so that you could see the stitching on the Stone panel.  I then layered a smaller frame from the same Stone panel.
I haven't inked up the Peony set in a while and tried some things that I don't generally do.  The large peony bloom was stamped in black on a Stone panel.  I thought it would 'blend' better with my overall design rather than using Premier Polar White.  I colored the image with copics:
R22 | RV14
The leaves have been stamped on Avocado with Avocado ink.
The sentiment is a combo of the Hooray & Cheers Word Duos Confetti Cuts and a sentiment from the Mod Floral Stack. Since the Peony, leaves and sentiments are on dimensionals, the 'h' in the hooray has liquid adhesive and the 'y' is on black dimensionals.
Thanks so much for stopping by today!
