Hello crafty friends, It's Joy here and I have a beautiful card for you today using the new Large Rainbow Circle, Folklore Cover Panel and A Beautiful Day Stamp and Die. Combining stamped and die cut images makes for a very interesting card design. I hope you enjoy it!
I created a video tutorial for this card project. Click here to watch on YouTube or watch below.
I stamped the beautiful butterflies from A Beautiful Day stamp onto smooth watercolor cardstock and gold heat embossed the images. I used Zig Markers to color the butterflies and then cut them out with the coordinating dies.
I ran the Folklore Cover Panel Die through the die cut machine with white cardstock, then I die cut the Large Rainbow Circle Die from the Folklore background. This gives the circle die some texture. I also die cut the circle die from gold mirror cardstock. Then I stamped the sentiment with black ink from the A Beautiful Day Stamp.
I adhered the circle together adding some of the gold mirror cardstock towards the bottom. I added foam tape behind the circle, butterflies and sentiment to give the whole card dimension. I finished by adding the card panel to a white A2 card base and added some gold sequins.
Thanks for stopping by, have a wonderful day!
Hugs,
Joy Baldwin
