Hello Fetti Fans, Ali here with a pretty Birthday card using the wonderful florals from the Happy Mail Stamp and Die Set. I've teamed the set with the Oh My Heart Cover Panel and my favorite color combination to create a pretty and delicate card. The color combo can be easily altered to suit your own style (or the recipients) as there are only two main coordinating colors.
 
 To begin the card I used the cover panel to cut from white cardstock and backed with turquoise cardstock. I then stamped and coloured the flowers with Copics and added the dotted detail with a White Posca Pen.

 I die cut the floral images using the corresponding dies.
The sentiment is from Sentimental Gems stamp set and is stamped with versafine ink on a black cardstock heart (die from Patterned Hearts Confetti Cut set). Using a heart creates uniformity with the heart cover panel used. A vellum circle was used as a base to adhere the florals in a circle and this was adhered to the front of the heart panel along with the sentiment piece.

The panel was then attached to the front of a white cardbase. Delicate, pretty and sweet!
