Hello!  It's a party today on my card!  I used the Punny Party stamp set to create this party scene!  I stamped out the images onto Neenah cardstock and then colored with my Copic markers.  I love the elephants holding the balloons! They are so cute.  I die cut the stamped images out with the Punny Party Confetti Cuts. 

I made a rainbow background by using Post It tape and 6 ink pads.  To get the multiple colors, I taped off on a diagonal line and then repeated without the Post It tape to get the light and dark colors.   I end up trimming my slimine down and trimmed off the last color of purple but just a tiny bit peaks out!   
I die cut the word "Celebrate" using the Party & Celebrate Confetti Cuts.   It creates a two for one and I saved the rainbow celebrate to use on another card in the future.   I trimmed the panel down to 3 1/4 by 
6 1/4 inches.  I layered this onto a white card base.  I stamped a sentiment from Party Animals stamp set and added to the card. 
I finished off the card by adding some colored jewels!   Hope you have a wonderful day!
