Hello Fetti Fans! Ali here and thanks for joining me on the blog - always nice to see you here! Do you like to sketch or plan your cards, or do you just let the creative juices flow? Sometimes it's nice to sit down at the crafting desk and just see what eventuates and today's card was the result - it's nice to allow the process to happen more organically every now and again - I feel as though this card has a really original look but I liked the result! Of course it always helps to have one of my favorite sets on hand - the beautiful Stained Glass Butterflies.

I began by stamping the butterflies on Kraft card stock in versamark ink and white embossing them. I die cut them and used a white Posca Pen to dot a pattern on the butterflies. I stamped a sentiment on some kraft card and white embossed it also.

I die cut a frame using the Outlined Frame Cover Panel from white cardstock and also used this frame to cut an edge for the sentiment strip. I lined up the sentiment holes with the frame holds and adhered this and the butterflies to the frame. I adhered this to the front of a kraft cardbase to complete the card.

A lovely delicate design that is simple to make!

Thanks for joining me again,

Ali xx
