Hey there, ‘Fetti Fans!
Reverse Confetti, along with a ton of other sponsors have joined up with FRESHLY MADE SKETCHES to celebrate their 200th sketch celebration!
Check it out HERE!
Of course, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to play along, too.
Here’s the sketch from Freshly Made Sketches…
And, my take on it…
I stamped the “Hello Sunshine” sentiment from the SHINE BRIGHT stamp set and then colored it in a gradient with Copics.
To embellish, I used the SUN ‘N CLOUDS Confetti Cuts die set…
The clouds are double layered. The top layer is white and I went ahead and added some flock to them. Who doesn’t love fluff white clouds? I matted them with aqua clouds. To tie in the aqua color with the rest of the card, I added the aqua ribbon to the top. As you can see, the sun is also double layered and the heart on top is from the LOVE NOTE Confetti Cuts die set.
As a finishing touch, I added the sequins. It’s “funny”…I have 14 million (slight exaggeration) sequin colors and I reach for the clear ones…every.single.time. Am I the only one?
