Hello crafty friends! Lien here with another cheerful card and a video with a fun background technique!

For this card I'm starting out by die cutting a piece of watercolor cardstock with the Stitched Scallops Cover Panel. From the center of that I diecut a smaller rectangle but saved the border as well for later. I sprinkled on a teal Magical Shaker powder by Lindy's Gang and spritzed it with water for a quick and easy shimmery watercolor background. While that was set aside to dry I could work on my focal point.

I used the Party Pals stamp set and stamped the bear in alcohol marker friendly ink onto Clairefontaine DCP 250 gsm cardstock and colored it in with my markers (you can watch the coloring process in the video below). I left the stamp in my Misti and after coloring I put the cardstock back in the same corner of my Misti and stamped it again with Versafine Onyx Black ink and embossed it with WOW Clear Gloss Super Fine embossing powder.

For the sentiment I cut the Cheers from the Hooray + Cheers Word Duo die set four times from black cardstock and stacked all four layers together. I also cut a strip of black cardstock to use as a border and added white lines on it with a gel pen to make it a little less dark and a little more interesting. I glued that to my watercolor background, propped the bear up on foam tape and glued down the cheers sentiment as well. To finish it up I added some black pearls here and there.
