Here's how I was inspired for today's post:
My base is a panel of Premier Polar White.  I layered another panel of Iced Aqua on top.  I trimmed down a 2 inch Bellini Sweet Stripes panel
My center layering started with a Scallop Window Tag.  It's been cut in Premier Polar White.  I also cut the rainbow from Over the Rainbow in white and colored it with copics.  The sun from the same confetti cuts set has been cut in Buttercup.  

I just adore the Coffee and You set.  That sweet elephant and her cute friends are just too darling.  The sentiment is from the Drink More Coffee set, stamped in Midnight.
