Hello, friends! Dee here, and I’m so excited to be sharing my first post as a member of the Reverse Confetti Design Team! Today’s card is fun, colorful, and easy to recreate… and reminds of me one of my favorite childhood sweets: candy buttons! Let’s get started!

To begin, I cut a piece of Polar White cardstock down to an A2-sized base then selected a few of my favorite RC cardstock colors — Rose, Bumble Bee, RC Aqua, Baby Blue, and Grape Soda, and cut each one with the Big Polkas Cover Panel Confetti Cuts. I placed one of the negative pieces over the A2-sized base and used it as a guide for adhering each of the dots with foam adhesive squares. Once complete, I removed the negative piece, and voila! I was left with a fun, dimensional polka dot background!

To create the matching ‘HAPPY’, I die cut the Happy Confetti Cuts shadow once in white, then each of the letters once again in the same colors listed above. I adhered each letter onto the white shadow, then covered them with Glossy Accents for an added touch! Lastly, I heat embossed the sub-sentiment from the Happy Coordinates stamp set onto a piece of Midnight black cardstock and adhered it underneath. To finish, I mounted the card onto a top-folding A2-sized card base.

I hope that you enjoyed my card today and that it brought a smile to your face like it did to mine. Thank you so much for stopping by!
