Hello, sweet 'Fetti Fans!
It's been a bit since our last post.  After the release, we went on a spring break vacation.  Before last year, we never really did anything for spring break and then I read an article about making memories with your kiddos and felt that we should "do something" over spring break and make those happy memories.  This year we chose Disneyland, upon it being a wish from my daughter who quietly sat through lots of spring training games last year and even came home with valley fever (no complications or symptoms, thank GOD!).  I hope that you all have had fun spring break memories made with your families, too!

We're doubling up on Confetti Camera this week with both Audrey and Tricia having projects featured...
For my Confetti Camera project, I created a pair of birthday cards for my niece and nephew.  All of the elements are the same, but I changed up the color schemes to include their favorite colors.  To create my cards, I started off with an A2 card base.
The girl card uses Piggy Bank cardstock and the boy card uses Mist cardstock. On top of each, I layered the Sunburst Cover Panel Confetti Cuts die.  I used Flamingo cardstock for the girl card and Navy carstock for the boy card.  On top of the circle opening, I added a pinked edge circle using the Flowers For Mom Confetti Cuts dies, Sunshine and Avocado cardstock and patterned paper from the Paper Bliss 6x6 paper pad.  Then, I stamped and colored images from the So Super stamp set and diecut them with the coordinating So Super Confetti Cuts dies.  I stamped a sentiment from the So Super stamp set onto a white banner diecut, also included in the Flowers For Mom Confetti Cuts die set.  Once I had everything arranged, I popped all of the pieces up with foam tape, and added some white gel pen accents to finish off my cards.

Hello everyone!  It's Tricia with you today with this week's Confetti Camera where we are sharing two versions of a card.   I decided to create a birthday card for Mom and Dad using Moon Men and several new products from this past release.   I created a shaker card plus I used a technique that Jennifer McGuire shared, here is a link to Jennifer's post.  I suspended my space men inside the shaker with clear thread so that they can shake and move around more.

For Mom's card, I used Magenta and Piggy Bank ink and blended them both onto Bristol smooth card stock.  For the Dad card, I ink blended with Island Blue and Iced Aqua inks and followed the same process as I did for the first card.    I then used the Stitched Rays Cover Panel to provide some additional details.   To create my galaxy background, I embossed a few stars and flicked on white and black paint.   I added the galaxy panel to an A2 card base and then layered two layers of foam tape onto the card panel.

The Moon Men images were stamped onto Premier Polar White card stock and die cut out with the Moon Men Confetti Cuts.   I colored my images from Moon Men with my Copic markers and then added the clear thread to the back with some washi tape.  You then stretch the thread across the panel and give a little bit of wiggle room for the image to move around.   For the second image, I made it a little tighter so that the shaker bits can move around underneath.   The sentiment comes from Word Up stamp set and I used the new Mom & Dad Word Duos Confetti Cuts.     The shaker frame is from the new Stitched Note & Frames Confetti Cuts.
