Howdy, ‘Fetti Fans and Happy Thursday!

Hip, Hip, Hooray…CONFETTI CUTS are BACK IN STOCK!  Stay tuned for the arrival/re-stock of the stamps!

. . . . .

It’s Thursday and time for CONFETTI CAMERA!

A little bit about Confetti Camera…

In this weekly segment, one of the Confetti Crew designers will have the camera on both themselves, as a designer, and on their Reverse Confetti creations. For this round each of our designers will be coming up with a SET of something. You’ll see gift sets, card sets, pocket scrapping sets and much more this time around.

A couple of things to note:

1) This segment will not “air” if there is a different post scheduled for that day, such as Sketch for You to Try on the 1st of each month or on a hop or sneak peek day.

2) Each designer will follow the same theme until we have featured every Confetti Crew Design Team Member (then it’s a new round with new questions/theme). To see previous Confetti Camera post, simply click on “Confetti Camera” under the categories link on our sidebar.

Up in the spotlight today is the one and only, LEIGH PENNER

Hi there! Leigh, here and I’m excited to share my project with you today! For this round of Confetti Camera, we were challenged to create a set.

So, I decided to use the Pumpkin Patch stamp set & its coordinating Confetti Cuts, along with the Thanks Tag Confetti Cuts to create a set of fall tags.

For each tag, I diecut the pumpkin and stamped it with a coordinating stamp. I love that there are so many choices in this set!

I should mention that for the tags, I trimmed off the edges of each one, so that they would be more rectangular in shape.

I used a couple of post-it notes to mask off the ground on each tag, which I inked with my blending tool. Then, I masked off the area I’d just inked so that I could ink the sky.

Before adhering my pumpkin diecuts, I stamped the vines and stems from Pumpkin Patch. I added some twine to finish off each tag.

While I could attach my tags to some treat bags, I decided to create a scrapbooking layout with them.

I used some Bazzill Basics Classic White cardstock as my background and added a strip of Crate Paper patterned paper. I lined up my tags along my matted photo of my daughter.

A little bit of journaling along the bottom and my layout is complete!
