Hello, ‘Fetti Fans!
Happy Thursday and welcome to CONFETTI CAMERA!
A little bit about Confetti Camera…
In this weekly segment, one of the Confetti Crew designers will have the camera on both themselves, as a designer, and on their Reverse Confetti creations. For this round each of our designers will be coming up with a SET of something. You’ll see gift sets, card sets, pocket scrapping sets and much more this time around.
A couple of things to note:
1) This segment will not “air” if there is a different post scheduled for that day, such as Sketch for You to Try on the 1st of each month or on a hop or sneak peek day.
2) Each designer will follow the same theme until we have featured every Confetti Crew Design Team Member (then it’s a new round with new questions/theme). To see previous Confetti Camera post, simply click on “Confetti Camera” under the categories link on our sidebar.

Today on Confetti Camera is the super sweet and wildly talented LAURIE SCHMIDLIN
Hi Fetti fans! I am so excited about the current Confetti Camera theme, “Set ‘Em Up!”! I love creating sets of handstamped goodies! My usual go-to project is a set of small mini cards, but I decided to shake things up a bit!
I was inspired by the new THANKS TAG Confetti Cuts die set and wanted to create a gift set of them. In fact, I made five tags, all using the same layout but a different accent color. I tucked them into a little gift bag I made using the TAGGED TOTE Confetti Cuts die set. I decorated the outside using some of the same elements that I used on the tags.
For the tags, I went with a sort of “Autumn Rainbow” color scheme. I used each of the pumpkins form the new PUMPKIN PATCH stamp set, along with the coordinating PUMPKIN PATCH Confetti Cuts dies.
I kept the background neutral, using the PRETTY PANELS: STRAIGHT STRIPES Confetti Cuts die to create a tone on tone texture.
I topped each tag with some matching neutral ribbon and twine.
There it is! A little gift set of tags, perfect for giving as a hostess gift!
