It’s Thursday and time for a great Confetti Camera where you will learn how to “stretch” your dies…or at least their use!

In this weekly segment, one of the Confetti Crew designers will have the camera on both themselves, as a designer, and on their Reverse Confetti creations. For this round, you’ll get a dose of Reverse Confetti inspiration from a fun tip or technique from each of our designers. A couple of things to note:

1) This segment will not “air” if there is a different post scheduled for that day, such on Sketch for You to Try on the 1st of each month or on a hop or sneak peek day.

2) Each designer will answer the same set of questions/show a tip until we have featured every Confetti Crew Design Team Member (then it’s a new round with new questions/theme). To see previous Confetti Camera post, simply click on “Confetti Camera” under the categories link on our sidebar.

3) For this round we are focusing on ABC (anything but a card) projects.  Keep your eyes peeled for some fabulous ways to use your Reverse Confetti stamps!

Today on Confetti Camera we have the one and only (my bestie), SUSAN LILES

. . . . .

Hey ‘Fetti Fans!  Are y’all ready to see something fun you can do to make your dies work a little harder for you?  I love finding new ways to use them.

This time, I’ve taken the rounded tag from the new TAGGED TOTE Confetti Cuts and made a sweet little party favor treat holder.

Here’s what I put together to get started.  The sentiment is from the new IN A BIG WAY stamp set and the frame is stamped and cut from the GIVE THANKS stamp set and cut with the GIVE THANKS LABEL Confetti Cuts die.

Once I cut 2 of the tags, I scored them at the bottom about a 1/2″ up.  Then placed them on top of one another and glued the circle down to the top of one of them.  Then with my paper piercer, poked a hole through all 3 thicknesses.  I also *very carefully* poked a hole through the center of the cardstock bow.  This will be where a brad will go to hold everything in place.

Decorate the front of the tag with the circle on it.  I also added a strip of the stars from the OH MY STARS Confetti Cuts die set.  Fold the bottom of the tags along the score lines, and adhere them together right there.  Fold both sides up.  Put the brad through the bow and both tags and secure.

These are perfect little treat holders for a “fun size” pack of M & M’s!  A little secret:  If y’all are local, stop by The Little Blue House this Saturday from 10-2.  I’ll be hosting a make-n-take, and you can make one of your very own!
