Hello and Happy Thursday, ‘Fetti Fans!

It’s Thursday and time for CONFETTI CAMERA!

In this weekly segment, one of the Confetti Crew designers will have the camera on both themselves, as a designer, and on their Reverse Confetti creations. For this round, you’ll get a dose of Reverse Confetti inspiration from a fun tip or technique from each of our designers. A couple of things to note:

1) This segment will not “air” if there is a different post scheduled for that day, such on Sketch for You to Try on the 1st of each month or on a hop or sneak peek day.

2) Each designer will answer the same set of questions/show a tip until we have featured every Confetti Crew Design Team Member (then it’s a new round with new questions/theme). To see previous Confetti Camera post, simply click on “Confetti Camera” under the categories link on our sidebar.

3) For this round we are focusing on how Reverse Confetti stamp sets are compatible with each other and each of the Confetti Crew members is picking two of their favorites to pair together on their project.

Today on Confetti Camera, the spotlight is on the wonderfully talented LEIGH PENNER

Today, I have a card to share that I made combining two of my favourite sets:

Forever Fall & Lots to Say.

 LPCCApr14

I started with some a My Mind’s Eye patterned paper background.

I diecut a couple of banners using the small tag from Tag Me.

I did this by diecutting only the flagged end with the die and trimming out the rest of the banner

with my paper trimmer.

I repeated this process with some cardstock for the second banner, which I stamped

with the woodgrain pattern from Forever Fall.

In the same colour ink, I stamped the woodgrain heart (love this!) and trimmed it

out by hand.

I stamped my sentiment from Lots to Say and assembled my card,

adding a button and some twine as a finishing touch.
