We've covered Halloween and Fall so far during the Countdown and now it's time to turn our focus on Christmas.  We have THREE Christmas themed sets in this release and a couple of them are versatile enough to use throughout the year (yay!!).
Our first introduction is a beautifully illustrated set that I have had a lot of fun with!

Coordinating Confetti Cuts die set...
. . . . .
I've already set this card aside to give to my mom at Christmas.  She loves candles and I think that this card will speak to her...
I started with a white card base and then added gold glitter paper for a special sparkle.  From there, I layered the (previously released) SUNBURST COVER PANEL Confetti Cuts cut from PREMIER POLAR WHITE.
I then added a circle from the LACY SCALLOP CIRCLES Confetti Cuts die set (cut from PREMIER POLAR WHITE).  The 5 candles on top are colored with Copics and popped up with dimensional adhesive.
I stamped and colored the holly and evergreen images and added some rhinestones for "berries" with a little extra bling.
 . . . . .
While I really enjoyed coloring the red candles, I knew that I wanted some white candles to make a card with.  I stamped and "colored" them with a Copic blender and gray.   While this is a Christmas card for sure, I think these white candles would be fitting for a sympathy card, too.
The base of the card is covered with a STONE cardstock panel and layered with the new CRISS CROSS COVER PANEL.  The candles, greenery and glow are attached to a piece of vellum cut from the PIERCED ROUND TOP LAYERS Confetti Cuts.  That is popped up (with very strategically placed pop dots).
I stamped the sentiment with Staz-On at the bottom of the panel.
. . . . .
Next up in our introductions is mod take on the traditional Christmas tree.

Coordinating Confetti Cuts die set...
. . . . .
My first project using this set is a very clean and simple card that let's the TRIANGLE TREES take center stage.
The trees are popped up on the TRIANGLES COVER PANEL which I have cut down to fit this 4.25" x 4" inch card (will still fit in an A2 envelope).  I added a strip of STORMY cardstock to the top and bottom for a little added detail and I think that it really "grounds" the card (really at a loss for a better way to describe that...LOL).
The trees are all stamped in LIME GREEN ink and then layered with a slightly offset TRIANGLE TREES cut, also in LIME GREEN.  The heart is from the LOVE NOTE Confetti Cuts die set and I love the pop of red that it gives!
 . . . . .
Ok, so you think you're just seeing Christmas stuff today, but I LOVE Halloween and had to make a Halloween project using this set!
I turned those trees into a banner...
First, I created a sack/bag with the new BAG & TAGS CREATOR Confetti Cuts die set.  It's actually cut from a lunch sack.
I stamped the wide striped tree from the TRIANGLE TREES stamp set in STORMY ink and then added the "boo yea" sentiment (stamped in MIDNIGHT) from the new BOO YEA stamp set.  The banner is strung together with black twine and it's all popped up on the sack.  The ghost from the HALLOWEEN BITS Confetti Cuts die set was the perfect finishing touch!
If you haven't tried our PREMIER POLAR WHITE cardstock and inks...just look at that coverage!
This project could easily be transformed into just about any occasion.  Red/green for Christmas, Pink/Magenta or Navy/Baby Blue for a baby shower or any other combination of colors for a birthday celebration.
Here's one last peek at this cute lil' giftie (fits a Reese's pumpkin perfectly!)...
. . . . .
Alright, just one more stamp/Confetti Cuts die set reveal and then I'm sending you on your way to see all the holly jolly goodness that the Confetti Crew has been up to.
I am 50% Swedish and have always loved the Scandinavian style of things.  I came across a darling pic of some holiday gnomes and knew right away that they needed to be drawn into a stamp set!

Aren't they just too cute!?!
The first project I made with this set is a card featuring "Papa Gnome..."
Can you tell that I am loving the new TRIANGLES COVER PANEL Confetti Cuts?  I used it here popped up on the card base.
Papa and the trees are colored with Copics and layered on the simple snowy scene.
The snowflakes are stamped in MIST ink.  I stamped and cut 3 of them and then added sequins and rhinestones for a little sparkle.
The sentiment is stamped in MIDNIGHT ink on the snow drift (hand cut) that is topped with some Stickles.
. . . . .
My final project for today is a hostess or housewarming gift tag.  I've tied it onto a kraft corrugated container filled with yummies.
The tag base is cut from the TOPPED OFF TAG Confetti Cuts die set.  I made it a little bit longer by adding the PREMIER POLAR WHITE and STONE cardstock strips.
The images are colored with Copics.  I absolutely LOVE how this gnome came out!  Those blonde braided pigtails!  I'm not trying to toot my own horn, just saying how much I enjoyed playing with this set and Copics.  I do have to tell you that there was almost a Copic catastrophe!  The chevron stripe across her dress is colored in a dark blue Copic ink and I didn't realize how juicy my marker was.  It was one of the last things colored and the marker almost barfed blue all over the image.  I might have cried if that happened.  Fortunately, my crafting guardian angel must have been watching over me!
I was thinking I was done with this tag (except for gluing everything down) when I thought to stamp the stars in white pigment ink on the STORMY tag.  I'm glad I did because I love how it looks!
. . . . .

Are you ready for some more Christmas cheer?  Check out what the Confetti Crew came up with using these new goodies and set that alarm...new products will go live at MIDNIGHT EST TONIGHT!
