Colorful Ghosts

Hello crafty friends! Lien here with another Halloween card using some wonderful products from the latest Reverse Confetti Release including some pattern paper.

For this card I started out with a white A2 sized panel and I tore off the upper left corner, making sure the edge was fairly jagged for a fun look. That's the corner I will let my patterned paper peek through. I'm using the Hello Holidays Papers by Reverse Confetti and I chose my paper first before choosing any of the colors I'd use on my card. I find it easiest to find colors to match my patterned paper than doing it the other way around. Once I'd settled on a color scheme, I used the Tangerine Ink to blend over that torn edge and give it a pop of color.

I then chose 3 pieces of colored vellum in Halloween-y colors. If you don't have colored vellum, you can color plain vellum with alcohol markers. I stamped the ghost from the Boo Day stamp set on the vellum in Versamark ink and embossed it with WOW Bright White Super Fine embossing powder.

For my sentiment I used the Layered Boo Confetti Cuts. I die cut three pieces of thick white cardstock for both layers and for the shadow layer I die cut an additional piece of orange paper. I stacked all of those together with Bearly Art Precision Craft Glue. Before adhering anything down I stamped a sub sentiment "ghostly greetings" on my torn panel in Versafine Onyx Black and embossed it with WOW Clear Gloss Super Fine embossing powder. I can then put my card together. I propped the torn panel up on some foam tape and adhered everything else with liquid adhesive.

I added some sequins and that's it for this card! I filmed the whole process as well which you can find in the video below along with a bonus quick and easy matching envelope design! I hope you check it out.
