Hi my 'Fetti Friends it's Candice with you today! I think that Reverse Confetti came out with these gorgeous Hummingbirds just for my mom and grandma who absolutely love them! My grandmother build her home in the mountains with a porch that wraps around the entire house so she could hang her hummingbird feeders and see them outside every window in her home! Of course I had to use these beauties for my mom's birthday card this year!

I used these Reverse Confetti products for my slimline design:

I began my slimline with an 8 1/2 x 3 1/2 card base.

For the background, I created the stitched slimline panel with the the Diagonal Stitches die using the partial die cut method (run through partway, rotate and line up, and run through partway again). I then inked the panel with abandoned coral and tea dye and splattered with white paint and gold shimmer spray using a damp paintbrush.

While that dried, I die cut 3 layers of the 'MOM' from thick white cardstock and set aside.

Next, I stamped the hummingbirds, wreaths, and bow, colored them with copic markers, and used the coordinating dies listed above to cut them out. I glued the wreaths down and used foam tape on the hummingbirds and flower bouquet and bow to give dimension to the card. I then heat embossed the sentiment in white on a black banner popping it up in the center of my middle wreath with foam tape and glued the 'MOM' under. I finished with a sprinkling of gold jewels!

If you love this Hummingbird stamp set as much as I do, you should see how awesome it combines with so many of the floral sets in the Reverse Confetti shop, endless possibilities!

Thank you so much for stopping by with me today!
