Hi crafty friends, it's Joy here. I used the Friendly Florals stamp to create a patterned paper look for the background. The flowers in this stamp set are so beautiful and the perfect size for this design. I hope you enjoy it!

I stamped the flower images from the Friendly Florals stamp set on watercolor cardstock with black ink. I used Zig markers to color the flowers (green, pink, yellow and orange). Now, I didn't color the whole image. I left a lot of white space on the flowers and leaves. I used the same colors and black to add splatters to the background.
Once it was dry, I used the Folklore Cover Plate and die cut over the stamped images. This gave the background great texture and more interest. Then I ink blended the edges with Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide ink.

I die the Layered Friend die 3 times from white cardstock and the shadow from gold mirror cardstock. I ink blended the top layer of the friend die, then glued all 3 layers together. I adhered that to the gold mirror shadow piece. Then I stamped the "happy birthday" sentiment from the Roses stamp in Salvaged Patina. I adhered the sentiments to the center of the card panel and finished with some gold sequins.
Thanks for stopping by, have a wonderful day!
Hugs,
Joy
