Greetings, ‘Fetti Fans!
Welcome to the 2nd day of the 2nd annual HAPPY FALL-IDAYS creative event! Yesterday we shared a spooky and sweet Halloween projects and today we are sharing THANKSGIVING projects. I think that you’ll find yourself reaching for your Reverse Confetti stash to create lots of these projects for yourself!
. . . . .
I was so tickled with the way that my little Halloween banner turned out that I decided to stay on that track and create a THANKSGIVING one, too!
For the bases, I used the GIVE THANKS LABEL Confetti Cuts die set cut from kraft (in my stash) and STONE cardstock.
Each of the ends has cuts from the WHEAT Confetti Cuts die set (from STONE cardstock).
The pumpkin banners are cut from STONE cardstock then layered with the PUMPKIN PATCH Confetti Cuts die cut (using TANGERINE and AVOCADO cardstock) The SO STRIPEY stamp set was still sitting on my desk, so I went ahead and inked it up with our TANGERINE ink for a tone on tone striped pumpkin.
The center banner panel has an acorn from the HAPPY HARVEST stamp set (cut with the coordinating Confetti Cuts die set). The top of the acorn is cut from STONE cardstock and then textured by using the new POINTED OUT stencil and translucent embossing paste. After the embossing paste was dry, I used a sponge and added a little bit of STONE ink.
One last shot…
