Hello, it's Amy T here and I'm so happy to be able to share some cards I designed using the newest release.  We recently received a high school graduation announcement so I went to work with the Happy Coordinates set.

The first thing I do with graduation announcement is google the school's colors.  This one was navy  and gold.  I'll be honest, I don't gravitate towards Navy Blue much but I took inspiration from my teamie Tricia's card HERE.

I love the new Oval Window Cover Panel!  I used Navy Blue cardstock and confetti ink.  I also used Background Builder like she did but used the stripes instead.

Since I had the supplies out, I decided to use a completely different color palette and chance up the design a bit too.  I used a paler cardstock color that I had in my stash.  I still teamed it up with gold and heat embossed the sentiment in gold too.  I also went with Tricia's idea of the polka dots which I stamped with an embossing ink pad and covered with sparkle embossing powder.

Are you team Navy Blue or Paler color?

I decided to let my husband pick since it is his cousin.  He picked the Navy Blue.  This is when I tell you that when we combined households, we also combined our Fiestaware collections.   I had rainbow, all pieces were mix and match colors.  He had Sapphire, only Sapphire.

Thanks for stopping by today!
