Hello Fetti Fans! Ali here with more of the wonderful Stained Glass Butterflies set to create a lovely card for a friend. I have created a dotted pattern on parts of the butterfly image and this is mirrored by the use of the fantastic Pointed Cover Panel which has a dotted line design. I do love this cover panel as it looks perfect when paired with floral or nature images - it seems to balance out these images really well. It is also such a versatile die - can be used for both masculine and feminine cards easily and is a firm staple in my stock! The butterflies are also one of my all time favorite sets as I especially love the look of adding the dotted detail.

To make the card I started by die-cutting the background panel from white cardstock and adhered to a white cardbase. I stamped the Butterfly image in copic friendly ink and coloured some extra sections with a Copic Multiliner. I used pink and purple copics to colour the butterlfy and then used a White Posca Pen (fine) to create the dotted pattern. I die cut the image when dry.
I stamped the Sentiment from the Mixed Messages Set with versamark ink and white embossed on a black cardstock circle. I adhered the image and sentiment to the front of the card.
Hope you enjoyed this card and inspires you to add some dotting embellishment to your images in a similar way!
