Greetings, 'Fetti Fans!

Usually May brings about a wonderful sense of excitement because it's our birthday month.  Well, due to Covid-19, there have been some delays with our product and we have to push back this much anticipated release until June.  While we are saddened by this, we know that it could be much worse and it's best to try to find the silver lining (which I may still be looking for).  Thank you all for your continued support during this time.  I hope that you are all happy, healthy and safe...and getting inky!

. . . . .

It just so happens to be Reverse Confetti's Birthday Month and that also means it's time to bulk up our birthday card stashes. There's no better way to do both than play along with this month's challenge.  I don't know about you but I ALWAYS need birthday cards. Just when I think I have enough, I realize my stash is low. SO, I used the adorable Chalk It Up stamp set.

I just can't resist those cute critters with their signs. I decided to just color the bear up quickly and stamped the birthday sentiment in the center. I also colored up the bird and cloud and sun images and used the matching Chalk It Up Confetti Cuts to cut out each of the images.

I had ink smooshed a few bright and sunny backgrounds last weekend using Mustard Seed and Carved Pumpkin Distress inks. I smooshed the ink on my Tim Holtz Glass Media Mat, spritzed it with water and then laid my water color card stock onto it. I love the happy tone it sets for this birthday card. I then decided to create a shaker card element using the See Through Tag Confetti Cut. I used some vellum and  to cover the hole and filled it up with some sequins. I grounded the bear and bird with an Avocado strip of Nuts About You Confetti Cuts. That stitched grassy die is so good. I tied on some bakers twine and added bear and bird to complete the card. Be sure to check out all the details for this month's Challenge.

We hope you play along. Create a card or project within the challenge theme and you could WIN!
