Hello Fetti Fans! Welcome back to the blog. For my card today I have gone for a more modern look with a rainbow of earthy colours in a simple repeat design. I've used the rainbow from Rain or Shine (which by the way,  is the perfect dimensions for either a repeat design or on it's own!).  Some very quick Water colouring gives it a rustic look which I'm loving as it's a bit of a change from my usual style. This card can be modified to suit a whole range of events - it would be wonderful for a modern 'new baby' card too!

I began the card by stamping the rainbow in Distress Oxide ink Tea Dye randomly over some watercolour cardstock. I then used the same ink pad along with Ground Expresso and Weathered Wood to quickly colour the rainbows with a brush and water. I then used a small heart from Love Is In The Air to stamp hearts in the same colours between the rainbow images.

I stamped onto Kraft cardstock with sentiments from Best Sentiments and Rain Or Shine and white embossed it. I used a hole punch to punch the sentiment circle. I adhered the sentiment to the rainbow piece, tearing around the edge of the watercolour paper. I tore an additional piece of Kraft card to go behind the watercolour piece and adhered all to a Kraft cardbase to complete the look.
