Greetings, 'Fetti Family!  It's finally here...release day!  We are so pleased to announce that the new release (7 new stamp sets and 10 new Confetti Cuts die sets are now shipping!).

I have a card to share with you today that uses the YOU Confetti Cuts, YOU COORDINATES stamp set and ALONG THE DOTTED LINES Cover Panel Confetti Cuts along with the (previously released) BACKGROUND BUILDER stamp set and stars from the CONGRATULATIONS stamp and Confetti Cuts sets.
I just love this "I'm so very proud of YOU and don't ever forget it" sentiment!  It seems that these days that people are so quick to put each other down.  It's time to take time to tell people that we love them and that we are proud of them!  Maybe this is your kiddo that gave their all on a project or a co-worker that accomplished a goal that they set out to achieve.  Let's let the people in our life know that we see them!
 
I started with a Premier Polar White cardstock card base.  From there, I layered the Premier Polar White panel that is matted with a panel of RC Aqua cardstock.  The striped circles are from the Background Builder stamp set and they are stamped in Iced Aqua ink.  I added the stars in Sunshine and RC Aqua and as finishing touch, I added the matte black dots.  I love this color scheme, as it is appropriate for male or female, young or old. 
The YOU Confetti Cuts are cut from Midnight and Iced Aqua cardstock and they are adhered to a strip cut from the ALONG THE DOTTED LINES Cover Panel Confetti Cuts.
