Happy Holiday's y'all! I thought I would share a quick and simple birthday card to make during this hectic time of the year. I have a December birthday. We celebrate our family Christmas on or near my birthday ever year and the beauty of it is I always see everyone for my birthday AND we have so much food for everyone that there is plenty of my favorite birthday cake left to take home!
I only get it once a year, so I like to savor it! 😉
Reverse Confetti has several 4.25" square Confetti Cuts that are perfect when you need to make a quick and easy card that fits in an A2 envelope! They have the Square & Circle Frame; Blocked Out Square Panel; Thanks, Hello & Congrats Square Confetti Cuts and the Diamond Stripe Square Confetti Cuts. There is also the Stitched Squares Confetti Cuts.
I decided to use the Diamond Stripe Square Confetti Cuts with some of my favorite color combinations - Bumblebee and Iced Aqua. I die cut the Diamond Stripe Square Confetti Cuts with Bumblebee card stock and layered on top of a square Iced Aqua panel.
I used one of my favorite stamps sets, Party Animals and stamped the monkey and colored with my Copic markers on Premier Polar White cardstock - perfect for Copic coloring! I popped up the image onto the panel with some foam tape after I die cut it with the matching Party Animals Confetti Cuts. The sentiment is from Party Animals and was stamped onto a banner that was cut from Flowers for Mom Confetti Cuts. That's it! Your done and have a cute birthday card ready to go! I hope you have a wonderful and warm holiday season and sneak in some crafty time!
