Hi everyone and welcome back to the Reverse Confetti blog! Raluca here and I'm so excited to share my second card showcasing an adorable stamp set from the new release.
For my card today I played with the super cute Rainy Day Fun stamp set and its coordinating dies Rainy Day Fun Confetti Cuts die set.
Having a stash of watercolor panels is really great if you want to create a card fast and this is why I started preparing different backgrounds.
First I chose a panel from my stash and I stamped and white embossed the clouds and the rain drops from the Rainy Day Fun stamp set all over it.
Then, I mounted the panel on a white card base using craft foam. To complete my background I cut a hill from a white cardstock and glued it to the watercolor background.
On another white panel I stamped the images from the Rainy Day Fun stamp set and colored them using Spectrum Noir markers. These images are absolutely adorable and are so easy to color up. After the coloring was done I cut the images using their coordinating dies from the Rainy Day Fun Confetti Cuts die set.
Next I mounted the cute girl and little duck on the card using foam tape so it would have a 3D effect.
On a white banner I stamped in pink a sentiment from the same stamp set and mounted it on the card.
I glued a few clear iridescent sequins and my card was done!
That's all for today, but I hope that you'll join me tomorrow when I'll share a third card showcasing another of the awesome new stamp sets.
Have a lovely day!
And thank you so much for stopping by,
