It’s Thursday and time for CONFETTI CAMERA!

In this weekly segment, one of the Confetti Crew designers will have the camera on both themselves, as a designer, and on their Reverse Confetti creations. For this round, you’ll get a dose of Reverse Confetti inspiration from a fun tip or technique from each of our designers. A couple of things to note:

1) This segment will not “air” if there is a different post scheduled for that day, such on Sketch for You to Try on the 1st of each month or on a hop or sneak peek day.

2) Each designer will answer the same set of questions/show a tip until we have featured every Confetti Crew Design Team Member (then it’s a new round with new questions/theme). To see previous Confetti Camera post, simply click on “Confetti Camera” under the categories link on our sidebar.

3) For this round we are focusing on how Reverse Confetti stamp sets are compatible with each other and each of the Confetti Crew members is picking two of their favorites to pair together on their project.

Today on Confetti Camera, the spotlight points down under to the fabulously talented and super sweet, SARAH GOUGH

Hi ‘Fetti fans! Today I’m pairing one of my favorite Reverse Confetti sets, PAPER CRANE, with the newly released LABEL ME. I thought the angles in these sets would be complimentary, and I worked  diagonals into my overall design.

Label Me contains gorgeous sentiments, but also works so well with tons of other Reverse Confetti sentiments. I’ve used the matching Confetti Cuts for a perfect border. The crane was stamped with gold ink on a very light vellum, and fussy cut to peek out from behind the label.

I’ve gone with a simple layout, but continued the angled theme by trimming the ends of the vertical paper pieces with my trimmer, and by stamping the outline arrows from Paper Crane in opposing corners.

I finished off with some gold sequins for even more shine, and to help draw the eye into the center of the card.
