Hey 'Fetti Fans! It's time to play along with our products. I am sharing with you today my new Christmas card.
For my card I played with Joyous Holiday Stamp Set. The idea of the card is that the angels help the little mouse to decorate the Christmas tree.
As always I started with preparing all details of the card. I stamped and colored angels, three wreaths, little mouse, stars and a Christmas tree. Then I cut them using Joyous Holiday Confetti Cuts.
The last step was to make the background. First I made a stencil using Stitched Circles Cover Panel Confetti Cuts. I wanted to make the background look like a wall in a house. So first I did blending through the stencil and got circles on the background. And next I blended it with Wisteria Dye Ink, Milled Lavender Distress Ink and Tumbled Glass Distress Ink - in the center. For the bottom of the card I used Sand Dye Ink with Iced Spruce Distress Ink.
I cut and scored a card base from the white cardstock and it was slightly smaller than a long sized envelope. Then I glued all the details. Also I embellished the card with some accents.
At the bottom of the card I stamped a beautiful large sentiment from the Joys of the Season stamp set.
Hope you'll like my card and have a great day!
XO

Those ARE sweet angels. And the mouse it too cute. I just love this scene. I love cards that make me ponder, too…How will the little mouse put the star on the tree? Which song do I think the angel is playing? Which songs will I hear in heaven—ones I already know, or new ones, or both? I’m sure this sounds silly, but crafts bring such joy to life…to me….and to others I would think. Especially when the images are so sweet like yours always are.
Such a sweet scenery!
