Hello ‘Fetti Fans!
It’s time for a special TIME FOR A CARD TUESDAY! You may recall, over the summer Confetti Crew member, Heather, made this card…
I just adore this clever card! So much so that I asked if she would be willing to make a Christmas/wreath card using the same concept to showcase the versatility of this Confetti Cuts die set. Well she did, and I am so excited that Heather is here sharing it with you today!

Hi, everyone! Heather P. here with a festive take on a card I created using Fresh ‘n Fruity Confetti Cuts. A few months ago, I created the card above using the lemon and orange dies to create a flower, and paired it with one of the lovely sentiments from Fabulous Flamingo. I love using dies in unexpected ways, it’s a great way to stretch your stash!
To create my wreath, I used the following Confetti Cuts dies:
Here’s how: I started with a piece of light green card stock, and layered together the circle die from the Donut You Know Confetti Cuts with the largest circle die from the Circles ‘n Scallops Confetti Cuts. Once run through my machine, this game me a thin, hollow circle to use a guide for my leaf placement. I die cut 10 green lemons using the Fresh ‘n Fruity Confetti Cuts, and adhered 5 of them (evenly spaced) to the top of the hollow circle.
I then used my bone folder to score a line down the center of the remaining die cuts, and adhered them to the hollow circle (using pop dots) between the first set of die cuts. So easy!
Next, I used the Triple Chevies Confetti Cuts to die cut some vellum, and adhered the strips to a medium gray card base. I then stamped one of the sentiments from Seasonal Sentiments in Versamark ink onto a piece of aqua card stock before heat embossing with white powder. I then adhered the sentiment to the card base with pop dots.
Once I figured out how much of the wreath I wanted to display on my card, I used my guillotine paper trimmer to cut off the excess. I then adhered the wreath to the card front with pop dots. To decorate the wreath, I used the bare tree from the Branch Out Confetti Cuts on silver glitter paper, and secured them to the petals leaves with Tombo multi-glue. I die cut a pink bow from the Tagged Tote Confetti Cuts, adhered it to the wreath with pop dots, and covered it with Stickles. To finish up, I embellished with white enamel dots.
