Hi Fetti Fans! I'm Lien and I'm back with another cute card and video using the The Bear Up There stamp set and the Open Drop Cover Panel Confetti Cuts.

I started out by stamping all three of the bears with an alcohol marker friendly ink onto Clairefontaine DCP 250 gsm cardstock. I colored them all in with my markers (if you want to see the full coloring process, head on over to the video down below!). I fussy cut them out because I like fussy cutting, but the Coordinating Confetti Cuts are also available.

Then onto a piece of Canson Montval 200 gsm watercolor cardstock I did some ink smooshing. I pressed some teal, blue and purple ink cubes onto a slick surface (I use a laminated sheet of white cardstock), then spray that ink with water and press my cardstock in it. I heatset it and do that twice more to get a nice layered effect. I also splatter on some watered down ink at the end.

To assemble this card, I adhered that ink smooshed panel onto my cardbase with double sided adhesive and use two layers of foam tape to adhere the Open Drop Cover Panel right over it. I adhere the bears with more foam tape and then add some gold die cut stars that I had left over from another project as embellishments.

That's it! You can watch the video here for a bonus matching envelope as well!
