Rainbow Best is Yet to Be card by Andrea Shell | The Bear Up There stamp by Reverse Confetti While the Big Heart Sentiments was designed with Valentine’s Day in mind, it can also be used for other occasions. I chose a sentiment that I though would work for an encouragement card and paired it with that cute bear from The Bear Up There. I colored the images with Copics and cut them out with the coordinating dies. I then stenciled clouds on the inside piece with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide and added splatters of the same ink as well as shimmer spray. I adhered the white frame to my card with strips of foam tape and inlaid the stenciled piece. After gluing my colored images to my card, I popped up the sentiment with two layers of foam tape. For more sparkle, I sprinkled clear confetti over the card and coated the rainbow with Stickles.
