Spring is in the air and Easter is just around the corner.  I just love spring and creating with the colors of the season...everything from pretty pastels to bold blooming colors!
Our first introduction today is a quintessential spring/Easter set...

ADORNED EGG

Coordinating Confetti Cuts die set...
. . . . .
My first project today is a sweet tag that I've attached to a Ball jar stuffed full of my favorite flowers - Alstromeria.  I don't actually think these are the most beautiful flowers but I LOVE that they last FOREVER in a vase and easily brighten up any space in a heartbeat.  Target had these gorgeous pale pink ones and I grabbed them as soon as I saw them.
I started by cutting out the Square Window Tag from both Premier Polar White and Iced Aqua cardstock.  I trimmed the Iced Aqua tag down to just a couple of strips to add onto the top and bottom.
From there, I added the adorned egg image, watercolored with Karin brushmarkers.   I popped and layered the flowers for some additional depth and texture.  The "blessings" sentiment is added below the egg.  Very sweet and simple.  I also added a couple watercolored butterflies.

Before I move onto my next project to share with you, I want to introduce you to another couple of our new releases.  Usually, I show you the stamp set first, but this time I am sharing the Confetti Cuts die set first...

HOPE

HOPE COORDINATES

I paired the long floral images from the Adorned Egg stamp set with the Hope Confetti Cuts and Hope Coordinates stamp set to create this card (the flowers came in as a handy backdrop here, too!)...
I started with a Premier Polar White cardstock base and then added a strip cut from the new Along the Dotted Lines Cover Panel Confetti Cuts.
The main image panel has the outline of HOPE cut from Premier Polar White cardstock and it is layered with a cut from Sunshine cardstock.
The sentiment is stamped in Midnight ink and the flowers and butterfly are watercolored with Karin brushmarkers.

I still have a few introductions for you today!  The first of those is another new Cover Panel Confetti Cuts die...

HEAD IN THE CLOUDS COVER PANEL

This Cover Panel features an open window with a scalloped cloud edge.  You can use it with that edge at the bottom or top of your cards.  Here's how I used it paired with the new Hope Confetti Cuts and stamps...
I posted this the other day in a Facebook group along with a fairly vulnerable post.  I was feeling very down after seeing some people act horribly online.  I let that negativity fester all day and then I decided to get to work and create.  Creating that day was so cathartic and it truly soothed my soul.  This sentiment really spoke to me and made me feel better, too!
For this card, I used all 3 parts of the Hope Confetti Cuts die set.  The sun burst "O" and the top "Hope" are cut from Bumblebee cardstock and the outline/matte "O" is cut from Premier Polar White.  The rainbow inside the window is created from: Brick, Tangerine, Sunshine, Lime Green, Iced Aqua, Grape Soda and Royal Purple cardstock.
. . . . .
I'm not quite ready to send you one your way just yet. I have a couple more intros today...

YOU

YOU COORDINATES

I used the new You Confetti Cuts and You Coordinates stamps together with the new Big Flowers Cover Panel and Lily of the Valley stamps and Confetti Cuts to create this card...
I started with a Cloud White card base and then layered the Big Flowers Cover Panel cuts in Stormy and Cloud White cardstocks.  I love the detailing of this die and layering the two colors and just slightly off-setting the bottom one really makes it pop.
For the main image panel, I cut the You Confetti Cuts from Cloud White and Stormy cardstocks and layered them together.  Behind the "U" is the vase image from the new Lily of the Valley set.  It is watercolored with Karin brushmarkers.  For a finishing touch, I added a few sequins.  I love the little added sparkle that they bring to this card.
. . . . .
Ok, now it's time for me to send you on your way.  Just wait 'til you see what the Confetti Crew and our 'Fetti Friends have been up to with all of these new release goodies.  As a quick reminder, all products go live in the store at midnight EST on the 8th.  And, leave a little love along the way for a chance to win some money to spend in the Reverse Confetti store!  Happy hopping and good luck!
