I'm going to start with ALL of today's introductions.  This is because I have mixed and matched these and it will be a little confusing if I don't just put them all out here from the start.  I am so in love with the beauty of the sets that we are introducing today!

HAVE YOUR CAKE

This is a super fun set where you can build your own cake.  Keep it simple with just one layer or pile it a mile high!

One last intro before I share all my projects with you today.  This one has been a long time coming and I am so happy to say that we have finally added an alphabet die set to our Confetti Cuts collection...

LETTER CUTS

 . . . . .
My first project that I am going to share with you today uses a combination of the CELEBRATE TAG Confetti Cuts die set (introduced yesterday), BEAUTIFUL BALLOONS and LETTER CUTS...
Tish is my sweet friend and neighbor that lives across the street from me.  She loves her plants and flowers!  Her birthday is coming up and this tag will be added to her gift (a hanging potted plant - not yet purchased).
I started with 3 cuts of the CELEBRATE TAG - two from PREMIER POLAR WHITE, one of which is stamped with the sentiment (BEAUTIFUL BALLOONS) and one that is cut down and adhered to the center. The third is cut from ICED AQUA which is stamped in ICED AQUA ink with the separate floral image from the BEAUTIFUL BALLOONS stamp set.
The floral image is also stamped twice in ICED AQUA ink and colored with Copics and placed on either side of her name.  The letters are cut 3x each for added dimension.  One of the layers is actually stamped tone on tone with the floral image, but it was a bit too busy so I went with the plain letters in the end. The top and bottom portion of the tag have strips of SUNSHINE cardstock.  The top has a bit of twine tied to it for a finishing touch.
. . . . .
Next up is another project that uses the BEAUTIFUL BALLOONS stamp set, along with the new OVAL WINDOW COVER PANEL Confetti Cuts die set (introduced yesterday)...
As always (or so it seems), I started with a card base created from PREMIER POLAR WHITE cardstock. I then layered a panel cut from ICED AQUA cardstock and then added the OVAL WINDOW COVER PANEL.
The balloon images are colored with Karin Brush Markers (I love how vibrant these balloons and flowers turned out!).  The strings are stamped in MIDNIGHT ink, as is the sentiment that is on a panel going across the bottom of the card.  I added a strip of MIDNIGHT cardstock (also cut with the OVAL WINDOW COVER PANEL) to the very bottom for a little extra detail and to "ground" the card.
. . . . .
I just love having a little bit of flexibility to create with some stamp sets, like the new HAVE YOUR CAKE set!  There are so many possibilities with this set.  Ironically, I did cards both with 3 tier cakes (LOL!).
Here's the first of the 3 tiered wonders I created...
This card combines a few different Reverse Confetti products...as mentioned above, it uses the new HAVE YOUR CAKE stamps and Confetti Cuts die set.  In addition, it also uses a sentiment from the BEAUTIFUL BALLOONS stamp set. You'll also recognize the new CELEBRATE TAG and the previously released ALONG THE DOTTED LINE COVER PANEL.
The cake is created with a combination of RC AQUA and ICED AQUA.  The dot detail on the cake is heat embossed with clear embossing powder.  I love this subtle detail!  I used the same dots on the strips of cardstock behind the main image panel.
The small floral image and candles are stamped with RC Aqua ink and colored with Copics.  I used a few sequins for a finishing touch.
. . . . .
While I couldn't bear to put away the aqua colored Copics, my next card definitely follows a different color scheme.
I had the idea to use MIDNIGHT cardstock and embossing powder while doing Tish's tag.  I'm pretty happy with the way this came out...what do you think?
Again, I started with a PREMIER POLAR WHITE card base.  From there, I added (popped up on dimensional adhesive) the MIDNIGHT layer that is cut from the OVAL WINDOW COVER PANEL and stamped with the floral image from the BEAUTIFUL BALLOONS stamp set with VersaMark and used clear embossing powder to create this beautiful tone on tone glossy detail.
I added the MIDNIGHT cardstock oval directly to the cardbase and then layered the smaller oval, cut from LEAD cardstock.  The sentiment stamped on the LEAD layer is from the BEAUTIFUL BALLOONS stamp set.  I cut apart the "let's celebrate you" sentiment and simply used the word "celebrate" at a diagonal.
The cake image has clear embossed detailing and floral images that are colored with Copics.
. . . . .
