SWEET STRIPES

ICE CREAM SOCIAL

SQUARE & CIRCLE FRAME

That leads me right into the next introduction....

SPLIT CIRCLES COVER PANEL
When I first saw the ice cream truck that is included in the new Ice Cream Social set, I fell in love! I am a sucker for ice cream truck images and this one is just as sweet as can be with the banner hanging from the window and striped fenders! This truck "melts my heart"! LOL!
I paired it with the new Split Circles Cover Panel for a colorful and playful design. I cut strips in rainbow colors and attached them to the back of the Cover Panel using liquid glue. Once that was done, I added it to an A2 cardbase. The focal circle is die cut from the new Square and Circle Confetti cut. I love the stitched detail around the edge of the circle. The bear and ice cream truck are added to the circle using foam squares. The sentiment is heat embossed in white onto a black strip of card stock. I added a drop of Nuvo Crystal Glaze to the bear's nose for some shine. I had a lot of fun creating this design!

And, how about another awesome reveal? Check out this fun and unique tag...
SEE THROUGH TAG
It's no secret that I am always looking for ways to use my stamps and dies for more than just cards. When I saw the new See Through Tag, I knew it had so many amazing possibilities. I ran to the store and bought the last two packages of Cold Stone Creamery Ice Cream flavored Jelly Bellys so that I could create today's treat pouches. The colors of the jelly beans inspired the colors that I used for this project.
To begin, I die cut the See Through Tag twice for each treat holder. I cut a piece of Polar White cardstock just slightly less wide than the tag and scored it to make the base wide enough to fit the jelly beans. You could tailor the size to fit the size of whatever you plan on putting inside. I used a circle punch to punch a circle out of the white piece so that the treats could show through. I used ScorTape to adhere the tags onto the white scored piece. I also added a strip of the new Sweet Stripes pattern paper to the bottom in coordinating colors.
The sentiment is stamped in black onto white strips and added to the top of the tags. The images are stamped in black and colored using Copic markers. I used the coordinating Ice Cream Social Confetti Cuts to die cut them. They are added just underneath the cut out circle using foam squares. The jelly bellys are in Pretzel cellophane bags that I picked up at the craft store. I simply stapled them shut and then clipped the treat holders shut using the gold clips. A few sparkling clear sequins finish off these quick and easy treat holders.

Ready for another reveal?
Our new word combo Confetti Cuts die set fits right into our birthday celebration release...
PARTY & CELEBRATE
. . . . . .
I'm always excited for new stamps, dies and accessories to create fun and sweet birthday cards. I have a tendency of using a lot of floral images, but then I end up needing something fun and festive! This new Ice Cream Social stamp set paired with the new Celebrate word die make for a cute design!
To begin this card, I stamped the dog duo sipping an ice cream soda in black ink and then colored them using my Copic markers. Once that was done, I used the coordinating Ice Cream Social Confetti Cuts to die cut them as well as the "celebrate" word. The new "See Through Tag" is die cut in PIggy Bank cardstock and adhered onto the A2 card base that is layered with the new Sweet Stripes 6 by 6 pattern paper.
The "celebrate" word is added to the side of the card using foam squares. I also added some pink Nuvo drops for some added detail and whimsy. I also used the center circle from the new "Square and Circle Frame" as the focal point to add the cute dogs.
The sentiment, which is also from Ice Cream Social, is stamped in black and added underneath the dogs. A few sparkling clear sequins here and there finish of this birthday design. . . . . . That covers just one of our stamp set reveals today. And, how about those stand alone dies?!?! We aren't done with today's party, yet! We're continuing the celebration with this fabulous new stamp celebration stamp set...
