. . . . .
The first project today is this fabulous card from Amy Sheffer...

I have combined a few of the May release goodies for this card: Ice Cream Social, Square & Circle Frame, and Sweet Stripes paper pad.

I started by die cutting the Square & Circle frame out of patterns from the previously released Fun Times paper collection. I layered them over a striped green patter from the new Sweet Stripes collection.

The Ice Cream Social images are all stamped and colored with super light pastel Copic markers.

Last, I added two clouds from the Over the Rainbow die set.

That leads me right into the next introduction....

  OVER THE RAINBOW

This Confetti Cuts die set is so fun to play with and can be used on so many different projects!
  . . . . .
Kelly also has some super fun projects using the new ICE CREAM SOCIAL stamps and Confetti Cuts along some other new goodies, including the new...

SPLIT CIRCLES COVER PANEL

When I first saw the ice cream truck that is included in the new Ice Cream Social set, I fell in love! I am a sucker for ice cream truck images and this one is just as sweet as can be with the banner hanging from the window and striped fenders! This truck "melts my heart"! LOL!

I paired it with the new Split Circles Cover Panel for a colorful and playful design. I cut strips in rainbow colors and attached them to the back of the Cover Panel using liquid glue. Once that was done, I added it to an A2 cardbase. The focal circle is die cut from the new Square and Circle Confetti cut. I love the stitched detail around the edge of the circle. The bear and ice cream truck are added to the circle using foam squares. The sentiment is heat embossed in white onto a black strip of card stock. I added a drop of Nuvo Crystal Glaze to the bear's nose for some shine. I had a lot of fun creating this design!

And, how about another awesome reveal?  Check out this fun and unique tag...

SEE THROUGH TAG

It's no secret that I am always looking for ways to use my stamps and dies for more than just cards. When I saw the new See Through Tag, I knew it had so many amazing possibilities. I ran to the store and bought the last two packages of Cold Stone Creamery Ice Cream flavored Jelly Bellys so that I could create today's treat pouches. The colors of the jelly beans inspired the colors that I used for this project.

To begin, I die cut the See Through Tag twice for each treat holder. I cut a piece of Polar White cardstock just slightly less wide than the tag and scored it to make the base wide enough to fit the jelly beans. You could tailor the size to fit the size of whatever you plan on putting inside. I used a circle punch to punch a circle out of the white piece so that the treats could show through. I used ScorTape to adhere the tags onto the white scored piece. I also added a strip of the new Sweet Stripes pattern paper to the bottom in coordinating colors.

The sentiment is stamped in black onto white strips and added to the top of the tags. The images are stamped in black and colored using Copic markers. I used the coordinating Ice Cream Social Confetti Cuts to die cut them. They are added just underneath the cut out circle using foam squares. The jelly bellys are in Pretzel cellophane bags that I picked up at the craft store. I simply stapled them shut and then clipped the treat holders shut using the gold clips. A few sparkling clear sequins finish off these quick and easy treat holders.

Ready for another reveal?

Our new word combo Confetti Cuts die set fits right into our birthday celebration release...

PARTY & CELEBRATE

. . . . . .

I'm always excited for new stamps, dies and accessories to create fun and sweet birthday cards. I have a tendency of using a lot of floral images, but then I end up needing something fun and festive! This new Ice Cream Social stamp set paired with the new Celebrate word die make for a cute design!

To begin this card, I stamped the  dog duo sipping an ice cream soda in black ink and then colored them using my Copic markers. Once that was done, I used the coordinating Ice Cream Social Confetti Cuts to die cut them as well as the "celebrate" word. The new "See Through Tag" is die cut in PIggy Bank cardstock and adhered onto the A2 card base that is layered with the new Sweet Stripes 6 by 6 pattern paper.

The "celebrate" word is added to the side of the card using foam squares. I also added some pink Nuvo drops for some added detail and whimsy. I also used the center circle from the new "Square and Circle Frame" as the focal point to add the cute dogs.

The sentiment, which is also from Ice Cream Social, is stamped in black and added underneath the dogs. A few sparkling clear sequins here and there finish of this birthday design.    . . . . . That covers just one of our stamp set reveals today.  And, how about those stand alone dies?!?!  We aren't done with today's party, yet!  We're continuing the celebration with this fabulous new stamp celebration stamp set...

PARTY ANIMALS

Coordinating Confetti Cuts die set...

. . . . .
From Amy...

Party Animals is darling! I picked out just two of the critter images, along with some of the supporting images - balloons, cake, and present - for this card.

The fun background is the new Split Circles Cover Panel Confetti Cuts.

I cut circles from some of the different Sweet Stripes papers, then added the word "party," which was die cut with the new Party & Celebrate Confetti Cuts die set.

  . . . . .
What's this?  Another reveal?  OH YEA!!

ON THE CURVE COVER PANEL

. . . . .
From Kelly... How cute is this little monkey riding his bike? I am so in love with it and it sets the stage for the Reverse Confetti 6th Birthday Release!
I did some bright and colorful ink blending and then die cut it using the new On The Curve Cover Panel. I saved all of the negative pieces and used those on another fun design. This particular Cover Panel is just begging to be used for a shaker card, as you can see I did today!
I die cut three of the Cover Panel Confetti Cuts and then glued them together, adding some acetate to the top piece. Once that was done, I flipped it over and carefully added a selection of sequins. It was so easy to just add the card base over the top to sandwich the sequins in. This particular cover panel allows the sequins to stay suspended in each of the different curved pieces to really make a statement! The monkey it stamped and colored using Copic markers.
I die cut them using the coordinating Party Animals Confetti Cuts. I added some Nuvo Crystal Glaze over the top of the balloons as well as a sprinkling of glitter for some festive sparkle. The sentiment is added to the card using foam squares. The circle is from the new Square and Circle confetti cuts and I can see myself reaching for it again and again. I added some white dots to the gift using a white gel pen for some added detail. This card was so much fun to make! I'm not that great at making shaker cards, but with the On The Curve Cover Panel, it was a breeze!   . . . . . I think it's only fitting to kick of the Reverse Confetti 6th Birthday Release with a fun new set called Party Animals! I love all of the cute accessories and of course, the "party animals"! LOL! I also paired it with the new On The Curve Cover Panel. I love this type of a die cut, because it allows you to get a 2 for 1, if you are so inclined. I ended up using the negative pieces from a different card to create this design, just by saving the pieces that I would normally just toss out. I die cut one out of white, and then just glued the colored pieces in place using liquid glue. It was so easy just to pop them back in place.
I used the "party" word die and die cut it twice and then glued them together using liquid glue. Once they were done, I mixed some black paint with water and used a paint brush to add black flecks over the top. I set those aside to dry and got to work on the colored images.
I stamped the monkey, balloon, and gift in black ink and then colored them using copic markers. I used the coordinating Party Animals Confetti Cuts to die cut them and add them to my design. The "note" portion of the Stitched Note and Frames was the perfect spot to add all of my card elements.
The sentiment is heat embossed in white onto a strip of black cardstock. I love how the "party" die cut enhances the message in the smaller sentiment. I had so much fun making this festive birthday card.   . . . . .   Ok, now it's time we send you on your way to see what the rest of the Confetti Crew has to share with you today!
