Hi crafty friends, It's Joy here and I have a card for you today that shows the emboss resist technique. If you have never tried, you need too and if you have, you should do it again! I love this technique, it is so pretty when the embossing gets revealed with the ink. I hope you enjoy!

I started with a white piece of cardstock measuring 8 1/4 x 3 1/4 inches and stamped the images and sentiment from the A Beautiful Day stamp set. I stamped it with clear ink, then sprinkled on white embossing powder and heated that until it melted.
Once that was done, I started to ink blend, this is where the magic happens. The images come to life when you ink blend over the embossing powder. I used light oranges and corals for the ink blending. I also added light stenciling with the same colors of ink, to give it a tone on tone look.
I finished by adding the card panel to a white card base and adding some white sequins.
I hope you this project, have a wonderful day!
