Hello stampers, good to have you on our blog!  Olga Moss is here with you.
Today I have this circle card to share that will inspire you to make not only standard cards.

So when I saw the Elegant Florals stamp set (yes, it`s my favorite flowers set from RC) thought it was perfect to use for a cute circle card. It’s like it was made just for that!

I started working on my project by stamping the bouquet of flowers in black ink on Premier Polar White Cardstock. I was sure which coloring medium I wanted to use for this card and I wanted to give Copic markers a go. The images here are small and don’t require a lot of work, so it’s a great image to color quickly.

There are Elegant Florals Confetti Cuts available for this stamp set, I used mine to cut the flowers bouquet and individual flowers.

From this point, I wanted to make a circle card so I die-cut a circle card base using a regular circle die and 1 circle for the background. I first created an A2 card base out of white cardstock and next used the die to cut it into a circle. I made sure the die blade went outside the fold of the card so that I didn’t just die cut 2 circles, but rather a circle card base. I then blended Sunshine dye ink into the background, but did not bring the color to the center and added splashes of blue paint.

I stamped a sentiment for this card that reads Thank you, it comes from The Most Beauty stamp set. Next, I used lots of foam adhesive squares to foam mount the colored bouquets on to the card. I also foam mounted the individual flowers I had colored on top of the bouquets. So I got a 3D effect on the card.

Finally, I used some crystals to embellish this card. I adhered them in place using liquid glue.

Have fun!
