Hello, ‘Fetti Fans!
Jen here and I am excited to be back from CHA with a renewed creative energy that will sure translate into more wonderful things for Reverse Confetti. We have been working tirelessly to get all of the orders from the release out the door. Keep an eye on those mailboxes, as your new RC goodies should be there very soon…if not already!
This is the final day for this round of Confetti Camera. A new round begins in just a couple of weeks. We hope that you have enjoyed the “Set ’em Up” projects that the fabulous Confetti Crew designers have shared with you.
A little bit about Confetti Camera…
In this weekly segment, one of the Confetti Crew designers will have the camera on both themselves, as a designer, and on their Reverse Confetti creations. For this round each of our designers will be coming up with a SET of something. You’ll see gift sets, card sets, pocket scrapping sets and much more this time around.
A couple of things to note:
1) This segment will not “air” if there is a different post scheduled for that day, such as Sketch for You to Try on the 1st of each month or on a hop or sneak peek day.
2) Each designer will follow the same theme until we have featured every Confetti Crew Design Team Member (then it’s a new round with new questions/theme). To see previous Confetti Camera post, simply click on “Confetti Camera” under the categories link on our sidebar.

In the spotlight today is the lovely and talented, Heather Pulvirenti…
Hi ‘Fetti Fans! Heather P. here today with my take on the “Set ’em Up” theme. For my project today, I’ve created two mini-sets of Project Life cards using most of the items from January’s release, as well as some of my favorite go-to dies from prior releases.
To create my cards, I started by die cutting all of the QCPs from both sets with the large rectangle die from the Documented Confetti Cuts. Once that was done, I started cutting the elements to use on the first set of cards:
Teal Card – solid heart from Love Note Confetti Cuts, outline heart from Stamped Note Confetti Cuts, stamped sentiment from Lovey Words Coordinates, die cut sentiment from Lovey Words Confetti Cuts, scallop border from Double Edge Scallop Border Confetti Cuts
The penguin, hat and hearts were first stamped in Versafine ink onto watercolor card stock, then heat set with clear embossing powder. I then colored the images with watercolor markers and set them aside to dry. While I was waiting for the images to dry, I assembled the first set of cards as shown. Once the images were dry, they were cut out with their coordinating Confetti Cuts and attached to the gray card front.
I then die cut the elements to use on the second set of cards:
The penguin, hat, marshmallow and fire were first stamped in Versafine ink onto watercolor card stock, then heat set with clear embossing powder. I then colored the images with watercolor markers and set them aside to dry. While I was waiting for the images to dry, I assembled the second set of cards as shown. Once the images were dry, they were cut out with their coordinating Confetti Cuts and attached to the pink card front.
Well, that wraps it up for me today, but be sure to come back tomorrow for more Reverse Confetti inspiration!
