Once an order has been placed it is considered to be processing. Once an order is processing, we are unable to change the status including holding or canceling your order. Changes to quantities (add/subtract or substitute) are not permitted.
All orders must be made through our website and we do not offer invoicing services.

Most of the time we are able to combine orders being sent to the same address that has not be processed or shipped. Note, this option may not be available during release or sale periods. We love when our ‘Fetti Fans get their Reverse Confetti projects published. Yes, we do offer a store credit as a publication incentive. Since publications vary drastically, we handle each incentive on a case by case basis. Please email us a pic of your properly credited project in the magazine within 60 days of its publication date to email@example.com.
- DO YOU HAVE A COUPON CODE?
From time to time we will run a promotion/sale, but we do not have ongoing sales or coupon codes available. All promotions/sales are announced first through our newsletter and then on our other social media sites. Coupon codes are valid only on the days stated for the promotion on new retail orders. Order total adjustments/refunds will not be made if coupon is not entered at time of order.
