Fast shipping is a priority to us! We strive to have your order shipped within in 2 business days from the time of your order.  Processing times may increase during release and/or sale periods.

+ First Class Shipping is available for stamps and Confetti Cuts dies only. Orders containing products other than stamps and Confetti Cuts dies will be shipped via USPS Priority, AND MAY NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING.

+ Please note that standard First Class Shipping is not insured and tracking is not always available, if you would like your package to be insured in case of loss or damage, please choose Priority Mail or First Class Insured.





  • We are not responsible or liable for USPS transit times nor do we have additional tracking information.
  • If a package is slow to arrive, we ask that you please be patient. While we don’t expect delays, they may occur with the USPS.  Please allow up to 2 weeks from the ship date for your package to arrive.  International shipments may take 5-7 weeks for delivery, depending on location, customs and other factors.
  • First Class Parcels with Delivery Confirmation will be scanned at the time of pick up and at the time of delivery.  Additional tracking information is not always available.
  • We offer both insured (via USPS and/or a third party insurance agent) and uninsured options.  We are only able to provide replacements or credits if you have chosen the INSURED option.  We will not be held liable or responsible for lost or damaged uninsured packages.  Insurance applies ONLY to orders not delivered.
  • Please be sure that the address information provided to us is correct.  If you realize that the incorrect one has been provided, please contact us immediately.  Once a package has been shipped we are unable to correct it and any additional fees associated with getting the package to the correct destination are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • International shipments may be subject to taxes, duties and/or import charges that will be the responsibility of the buyer.  We must mark the package with the correct value and will not mark them as “gifts.”
  • Please check your order and choose the shipping option that you desire.  After an order is submitted, shipping can not be changed or refunded.
