Striped Circle Cover Panel Confetti Cuts

As with all of our Cover Panel Confetti Cuts dies, this panel is designed to fit the front of an A2 size card (4.25” x 5.5”).  Featured on this panel are stitched circles with solid half circle and striped half circle cut outs.  Layer different colors of Confetti Colors cardstock behind for a unique background to your cards!
